Shell completes acquisition of Next Kraftwerke
Shell* has completed the acquisition of virtual power plant operator Next Kraftwerke, following receipt of all necessary regulatory clearances. Next Kraftwerke becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Shell within Shell Energy’s Trading & Supply business. The deal to acquire Next Kraftwerke was announced online on 25 February, 2021.
