Next Krafwerke wins Digital Champions Award
Next Kraftwerke has won the Digital Champions Award 2019. The jury awarded the Virtual Power Plant in the category “Digital Products and Services”. “A very innovative digital product that also follows the megatrend of sustainable, efficient energy generation and use,” the jury judged.
128 companies from all over Germany submitted their ideas this year. Initiators of the Digital Champions Award are the business magazine WirtschaftsWoche and Deutsche Telekom; the University of St. Gallen and EPFL Lausanne are scientific partners. Patron is Federal Minister of Economics Peter Altmaier. The award was presented for the fourth time.
